Yellow Transparent Apples in November

I have a Yellow Transparent tree which has been bearing for 3 yrs. This yr. I probably got close to 1/2 bushel. After I had picked the apples I noticed a few blooms popped up on the tree. This would probably be late July. Saturday I was in the orchard and there were 2 yellow orbs on the tree. I picked 2 ripe Transparent apples. I had not noticed them until the leaves fell They were about 50 to 60% of the size of the normal crop apples. Anyone else have this experience?

My McIntosh bloomed after the fruit dropped early this year. I didn't let the blooms set fruit.
