Overwintering Film?

Has anyone used overwintering film to protect potted fruit trees and bushes? I'm looking for something to add 5 to 10 degrees of nighttime temp buffering without significant daytime heat gain. I'd planned to use an Agribon row cover (mid to heavy weight), but I noticed overwintering film at some of the greenhouse supply retailers and wondered if that might work as well or better.

Here is a link that might be useful: Overwintering Film

Nevermind. Did some more research and decided against it.
