| Never heard of it until now. So, I googled it. It looks like it won't be released on the market until 2011 per its "official Facebook page." Should be fun, something to look forward to. |

| I like the idea, but a lot of times the hype is better than the product...i guess i'll just wait and see when somebody gets some...if they aren't going to be out till 2011, then it's going to be 2014 or longer till i get a gardener review!! Yikes! thanks, donna |

| I ordered Pink Lemonade and Pink Champagne from the USDA's clonal germplasm repository. They are both pink fruited varieties. I haven't gotten the propagation material yet, but hopefully I'll get it this spring. Once I get them fruiting I can tell you more but I'm not sure about taste. I'm growing them more for the novelty of a pink blueberry than anything else. I've got a feeling Pink Lemonade is going to be tart but who knows...? |

Donna, I order propagation material from them to help me find new varieties for my area, to identify plants which will grow well under organic cultivation practices and to do a little bit of amateur breeding work with. My wife orders plants to teach her students propagation techniques and different growing practices. A lot her students take home cuttings or rooted plants at the end of her class and grow them at home. The propagation material is free but it doesn't hurt to reimburse them for shipping and packaging costs. I'm not sure if just anybody can order from the Corvalis NCGR. If you can wait a couple years I can send you a few cuttings or possibly a layered plant... Paul |
