The big one looks a lot like the dried jujubes I got from Roger Meyers about 3 weeks ago. I would take a picture with a quarter for scale, but we've already finished them. The inside dimensions of the box are 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". I'll take one when we get our next batch, which should arrive soon.

I asked him which cultivar they are and he said that it is a mix, with most of it Lang (pear shaped), Li (round), and Sherwood (cylindrical). I think a lot of mine are Lang.

My wife (from China) really likes them. To me, they taste a lot like a big raisin, with a pit. Not bad in any way, but not exciting. Compared to other "health foods" though, they are pretty good.

The large one is about the size of my Tigertooth. Some of them are pretty good dried; I read they're sweeter in florida

The large one measures 1 3/4". The fresh one should be about 2 1/2" long. This is like a small apple.

This is not Li, Lang or any other ones we have now. Probably ShanXi Li is like this size. But I've not seen Shanxi Li personally. The fresh ones from the Asian market appears to be Li. The fresh one has a size like this large dried jujube.

I do not think the jujube grown in Florida would tastes sweeter. Jujube like arid growing environment. This is why in China, the best jujube comes from the desert-like region with plenty sunshine, long growing day and cool night.
