Huge Chinese Jujube

My friend brought some dry jujube from China. They are very impressive. One is very large, good taste, slightly thick skin. The other is small, sweeter and thinker skin. They just taste differently.

Both are grown in Xin-jiang, a remote desert-type region in the west.

I tried to save some seeds, but all the seeds I see are empty, not viable. So I figure they have to be grafted and cultivated.

I think the Honey Jar is probably similar to the small one. We probably do not have the large one. The fresh one can be very large, like a small apple.
