Gowing grapes in trees

When I was young Grand Mother had a concord grape vine, that ran from the ground to way up in a Sycamore tree. It had large grapes and loads of them. The tree was 100 ft from the forest.
Never saw a bad grape. Grand ma said the tree was a natural antiseptic or anti bug tree.
We didn't have Japanese Beetles, then, though.
I've got a quantity of concord seeds from good grapes.
I would like to plant them to grow wild in the woods, around the spring and hills.
There, are to be sure, some Sycamore trees but none of them have large clear areas around them.
Will they survive and thrive?
I also want to plant some Muscadines and Scuperdongs wild also.
Some sites say they damage trees.
How will planting them affect the trees and will any of them bear good fruit?
