Crabapple idenification

Hi,

I am looking to identify this crabapple. We have about a dozen of them at my parents retirement inns and was wondering what you guys thought. I know there are hundreds and hundreds of varieties but thought it could be fun to see what your opinions are.
They have fragrent white blossoms in the spring and red glossy fruit thar hold on the tree most of the winter. I will try and get a better picture later today.

Thanks,
-Jeremiah

OK..if all of the others of around 12 trees are the same then you should have a known cultivar, ...looks like it has a weeping habit?
