| Does anyone have experience with the newer EFB resistant filberts (Jefferson...) east of the Mississippi? Is there another thread on the topic that I've missed? |

| I have been growing several of the so-called blight-immune varieties for the last three or so years. So far no blight. I won't call it success for another five years, it can take awhile for the blight to take hold. I have Yamhill, Jefferson, Santiam, Theta. These were the ones with the best taste ratings when I looked. Keeping the squirrels off is going to be a challenge I can tell, they have gotten all the nuts thus far. Scott |
