| The 3 U-bolt shaped trees are 1 year old apple trees, 6-8' tall before the icestorm. Rain/Ice is still falling |

| Those trees look pretty stressed, but the wood is young and pliable, so they might recover when the weather improves. Good grief! |

| Bob, You can defoliate the tree to reduce the weigh so they won't snap. No ice here but too cold at -1F tonight. Tony |
