| MrClint...are there specific "winter strawberries"? I was at wally world yesterday and they had strawberries from Florida that looked similar to your photo...kinda elongated and the texture appeared more coarse than normal and somewhat shiny. Is this a specific type or group? I think you Z10 guys just like torturing us with your gardening photos while we are freezing our butts off...lol |

| The day neutral and everbearing types tend to bear through Winter for us here. 'Quinault' and 'Albion' (both everbearing) are two of my favorites after planting and trialing for a few years. Interplanting with june bearing berries spreads out the harvest quite a bit. |
