| I plan on adding an August bearing peach to my small home orchard. Does anyone have any experience (pro or con) with either the Kaweah or Tra Zee peach(or any other late summer peach)? I believe I will be choosing between those two,,unless there is someone on this forum who can recommend another high quality reliable peach that bears in August. I live north of Sacramento, CA. Fruitnut,(in case you see this) I have planted mostly nectarines, Pluots, and apricots, but want to round out my varieties with peaches. If I remember correctly you like Valley Sweet Peaches, but I have never seen that variety sold. Thanks for any thoughts regarding reliable tasty late summer peach varieties. |

| Haven't grown either so all I can do is point out a few others to look at: Rio Oso Gem, O'Henry, and Indian Free, none of which I have a strong opinion about. |
