Peach tree drops gel like substance

My neighbor had a peach tree that was hanging over my garden, and when it started gsetting cold here in Israel, the tree started dropping this jelly stuff, and this jelly stuff landed on the soil on top of my raised bed and pots. Should I do some thing because it starts to dissolve into the soil and get very sticky...
If it helps I will attach a photo to this post.

It may be a mess in your beds but it's not dangerous in any way. The best way to cleanup would be to wash it into the soil. It's basically a water, pectin, and sugar solution, sort of like jello.

No, just wash it into the soil. It won't hurt a thing. Aphids can't survive except directly on a plant sucking plant fluid.
