Looking for Feijoa growers in the deep Southeast!

I live in Pensacola Florida within five miles of the Gulf of Mexico. I am looking to grow a hedge of Feijoa and wish to harvest the fruit. Due to comments that they are slow growers I'm guessing I need to start with larger plants. Any recommendations on varieties and sources, planting spacing etc....

I have seen a hedge like what I want at the Clanton AL Research and Extension Service office. I know Mammoth was in that mixed hedge.

Any growers in the deep Southeast?

There are some FLA growers with Feijoa on the forum linked below. Great choice for a hedge good luck!
