Apple rot

Hello. Thinking ahead to next spring. My two apple Trees are about. 5 years old. Both flower and produce fruit. But the apples are always rotten.

Starts out find but by June spotted leaves and fruit hAs spot and appears to rot from within.
I've attempted to treat for bugs and spray the bark (usually I see ants flee once I spray. Are my trees salvageable?

That brown frass looks like codling moth activity. Use Google to look at some codling moth apple damage. If that is what you have you will need to spray for it. It is one of the two most common apple bugs and it is ruining apple crops all over.
