Nice work Sandy- I like the colors. I have a hard time with watercolors and the color white so I am envious of how well your lace turned out. This reminds me of some of the older impressionist painters, again, very nice.
Thanks,Happy you liked it.The oranges didn't show up right.To paint the lace I just left the white white and painted around it.Then added the detail.etc.with a muted greyed color.
Very nice! The rich colour, the glossiness, the reflections, the brown bettiness of the teapot. Teapots have a lot of personality, which comes through well. In the lace too.
