Name Of Cottage Artist?

Does anyone recognize the artist of the quaint little cottage scene over on the Cottage Garden Forum main page? I thought it could possibly be Helen Allingham or Claude Strachan but I googled and can't find this particular painting. What do you think? Thanks for your help. Janen
