To tell the truth, I've seen much more interesting, better composed scans of flowers in here in the GardenWeb forums. I don't have the right eye for doing it myself, but many do. Scanners make such gorgeous prints available instantly.
Really? I'd love to see them. I was so inspired by the ones I saw Katinka do, that I have been scanning like a maniac ever since. I had never seen this technique before and would be very interested to see more. If you remember which threads or if you have links to see what others have done, I would really appreciate it !!
I imagine you will see more scanner flower photos when more of North America is having its growing season. A fair number of these kinds of photos get posted on the Garden Gallery forum. Someone called PeaBee4 posts them in the Garden Party forum in summer. PeaBee4 is very good at it.
