First try at roses.......

This was my first try at roses.
Its oil pastel, soft pastels, and a little acrylic paint.
It looks like crayon.... the scan is really bad & i couldn't fit the whole picture in the scan.
Just can't seem to draw earthly things! I better go into a depression and turn back to the skies again.....such is life.

HMMMMMM..... central florida huh! I wish i were there with ya! I LOVE the sun! Plus you get all those extra bonuses, water & beautiful plants!
I'm stuck looking at corn fields, LOL!! Now about that style.....
Lord i'm satisfied....we've pleased Joy! She likes it!
