Scientific yet artistic paintings of plants/flowers are often called "botanicals" if there is a scientific/ yet artful painting/drawing of a shell or other similar, what is it called? Is there a comparative name for botanicals that are non-plant???????

Generally, if it's nature-related but not botanical, it's scientific illustration (except for some human or animal studies which may be considered medical illustration).
