I made a fountain out of stained glass. I have it posted elsewhere here, with a picture link: check it out on the Garden Accoutrements forum. I post how I made it there.

Wow!! That is just an awesome fountain. I would love to see it in person!

I am just getting interested in mosaics and would love to hear more about the process of making your fountain. What is that tubing from and how did you cut it?

Congratulations on your beautiful art.

What a diverse variety of mosiac beauty you have created. You have opened the range of possibilities to those who want to try their hand at mosiac work. All I can say is WOW! What a great job you have done.

RE: My mosaic fountain

I love your mosaics! I am trying to use up my small pieces of stained glass. I am in the process of doing a 6 panel window using small stained glass pieces using a mosaic method. The glue I bought said you need to let it set for 2 min. before you apply it to the surface. Some of my pieces are very small and this is very time consuming. I am using Carpenter's Goof [glue says it is waterproof and glues to glass]. Do you think I could spread the whole glass panel with glue and then put down pieces? That would mean some areas would spaces with no glass. Would this give me problems when I go to grout the window? I'd appreciate any guidance from you in this matter.
Thank you
