touch-me-not flower

I am looking for a flower that we always had when I was growing up in N.E. TN. It was called "touch me not". It had fuzzy pods that seeds were in,and popped open when touched.

Hi, Cathy~~that would be garden balsam or 'balsam impatiens'. It's a lovely annual which tends to reseed--three guesses why, LOL!
