Hibiscus - 2 different blooms?

Below is a picture of a hibiscus that I bought at Lowe's. I bought it because it sayed on the tag it would be a peach double bloom. I already have a red double bloom so though the peach one would be a nice addition to the garden. Well, one day I went outside and saw a red regular hibiscus bloom on it along with the peach double bloom???? What could have happened?? The red blooms have peach stripes underneath.

Have heard that some hybrids, I think it goes for any-one of them, that they eventually revert back to its true roots...Not 100% sure, just what I have heard or read!

That is so funny! I have the exact same issue. I also bought a hibiscus at lowes and have both red single blooms and apricot double blooms in the same plant. Here is a pic of it, you can see a little red single bloom towards the back.{{gwi:57685}}

I actually think it is pretty cool :) Its very interesting to have different colors on the same plant....although I also bought it for the apricot double blooms :)
