Zen Meditation Succulent Influenced Garden

This is a 4' x 12' garden plot I designed at the local community garden. It went through several design changes from start to finish. Although not clearly shown in photo, each corner of the plot corresponds to a season. The flagstone around the water feature represents rays of the sun. The buddha and water feature represent serenity and quiet reflection. Sand top dressing for a touch of zen. Maybe I can figure out how to rake it for more of a zen look.
