could anyone help me with image shack...?

pretty please....? I have gone through this before.. learned how to do it and now photobucket is some fancy site where you have to register and pay, etc... so, again, I look up on the GW site 'how to host photo' and all these posts come up with a LONG list of instructions.. much of which doesn't make sense to me. Is there anyone who can just explain it simply, in a nutshell, how to do it through Image Shack (which looks to me like the simplest one, and it's free)..??
I uploaded a photo (through I.S.) and they gave all these URL's, none of these seemed to put a photo on my message, and I also tried browsing to my desktop where the photo was, and it was rejected for being too big. I don't know why it's too big, it's just a regular photo. geez,,, am I the only one who wishes this could just be a lot simpler....?

anyway thanks in advance!

Posting photos here on Garden web, us HTML from the up loaded pic. Simply copy and paste. I use tinypics.com for uploading.
