what is this plant

Hi,

sorry if I should post this question somewhere else. I am new to gardening and this is our first home. Could anyone tell me what is this plant shown in the picture? I am trying to be prepared to take care of it. It did OK the past winter and I have several in a flowering bed almost in full sun. My worry is that the summer heat may kill them. Your help is appreciated.

Called Dusty Miller. It's a perennial in a lot of places...an annual here.
