Is this a normal color for my 3 year old Mirabilis Jalapa (Four O' Clocks) which have started coming back this year? They've had plenty of rain due to the stinky weather, but wondering what they might need if anything, or is this a normal color? Any Ideas? They've never been fertilized. What should I do or like I said is this normal?

They're not very big at the moment. They're growing, not as well as my neighbors, she has hers in full sun, and hers are already two feet tall and a pretty green. Mine are in a bright shady location which does get sun, but not all day. Is something wrong with mine?
