what vine is this?

This vine started on it's own and has grown two years. It has light purple flowers and red berries, which the birds won't touch.

Night shade family, Not sure of it's exact name. It's poisonous. I ran across a picture of that while looking up stuff for tomatoes, which are in the nightshade family (so are potatoes, I didn't know that) I have the exact same stuff growing in my yard. Pulled it up, grew back. Recently sprayed w/ herbicide and hope that works.
