cheleinri: I have never seen a white one like this before. The regular milkweed doesn't have a lot of color, but it's not white by any means.

I've always loved the butterfly weed. What a shocker in bloom! PF

AptosCA: From what I am given to understand they are tricky to transplant. They have a pretty serious tap root. Also the seeds have to be planted pretty fresh too. You may be able to find some at a nursery though. That would be much easier than trying to find it wild.

stacey: Honestly, that is growing wild in the lot we are building our new house on. So about all I've done to it was cut it once back in the spring. *grin*
