I populated my 6ft. by 15 foot balcony to be my little piece of paradise.

In view is a trellised Japanese wisteria (which bloomed this year!), an Abies koreana "horstmannÂs silberlocke" conifer (left) and a cherry tomato plant at center. English ivy and radiation confetti lantana on table left, stonecrop and sundries in the recessed wood box. On right I used the bottom half of a claypot chicken roster, a cheap frog sculpture and an aquarium pump to create a fountain. Some annuals also showing, gardenia and marigolds. I must admit, the hanging plant and red leaf foliage is fake. DonÂt like totally bare in winter and I canÂt find a hanging plant that can survive the severe, drying full sunshine on the space. No matter. It works for me!
