I live on the side of a mountain too Cher. How big a pool were you able to finally build?

I think it's about 60' long, though. I know it holds 55,000 gallons, whatever that means.

I posted a pic of the pool below. Those two bamboo teepees you see are lemon cucumber. To the right is something the bugs were getting, thus the cover.

My raised beds surround the pool. I plant flowers right along with the veggies. My two kitties love to sit out there at night and watch the bats whoosh by and pick up the insects of the surface of the pool.
