    Great pics. How do you over winter your Banana and your terestrial orchid?

    Anita, it's a hardy (to zone 6) Banana: Musa basjoo...stays in the ground all year.
    All I do it put 3 lawn bags of leaves around the trunk in the fall, to mulch it for the winter.

    The terrestrial orchid is completely hardy too, no mulch needed. :)
