The easiest way I've found, thanks to posters here, is to use Photobucket. When you get registered it lets you browse your computer for pictures. You click on one and it puts it in the upload box. You submit. ONce it is in your photo site with them you can copy the "tag" line. When you copy that you then just come to g-web and paste it into a new message box.

One hint, if you just copy the site url itself to paste as a link, make sure you are in the community part when you do or it will be a part of the site only you can go to.
