    Very nice! I have not seen one of these before. One similar we have growing here in southern California is Eucalyptus ficifolia. When in bloom, everyone wants to know what it is. How large are the flowers on yours?

    The E ficifolia is now known as the Corymbia ficifolia...I love the way they change their names!!! It is also a native of W'A...the WA Red Flowering Gum (I have just done an assignment on it at tafe!!) The flowers aren't terribly big but a lovely colour I think...Tina

    Beautiful! I have never seen a bloom before. I love eucalyptus and the smell is wonderful. I bought a spray of dried branches for the house once and they kept their scent for a long time. Thanks for sharing what is an exotic for some of us!
