He is a Western long billed Corella....hand reared (not from the wild) my daughter had him but shifted into an apartment and the neighbours complained about the noise(very loud screech that comes from nowhere!!!) He is a real character and is very affectionate...he has totally stolen my heart...and I didn't think I was a bird person!!! Tina

I've always wanted a parrot, or something similar. He's beautiful!

He is such a great companion...it is just the noise that is sometimes a pain....but he loves 'gardening' and we spend a lot of time weeding together!!! The one thing to remember with this kind of bird is their longevity...if he is kept in good health he should live for at least another 50 years if not a lot longer!! Tina
