    LOVE the caterpillar picture - I think God must have had fun creating that one!

    Also, the 2nd frog picture is really nice - you caught him in a great pose!

    Msrpaul, I do not know exactly what they turn into. Around here, when I catch them, they usually don't make it to that stage :). They have a wicked sting to them. All those little needles have poison in them and they get stuck in your skin.

    flowergirl, I agree. They are beautiful to look at.

    The caterpillar is Sibine stimulea. It turns into a fairly nondescript fat brown moth.

    Here is a critter for you. I couldn"t resist dressing him up in this tiny Harley Hat, He is a nephew to my dog. i was babysitting for a him one weekend
