Very nice!! I've tried six lotus plants this year with no success. Only two of them sprouted leaves and they were small and never flowered.

Wow! The "long" scared me a bit but I finally came and looked. Boy am I glad :)

Great pictures, but my favorites are:

#1 - It sort of tells a story - the dry "pod" or whatever you call it, and the flower that's drooping, alive but soon to die.

#3 - what a neat picture! Looks like something from another planet. :-)
