| As summer comes to an end I thought I would post ups some photos of this years work. It is obviously still a work in progress, but for new construction I think it has come a long way.
In the 2 weeks leading up to April 6th, I cut the bed in the back of the house and put down 5 yrds of dirt.
By April 20th I had it planted, irrigated and finally mulched.
Here is a picture of it today (after a little reshaping)
Later in the summer I started building my fire pit.
It was finished on August 20th...
And here is the back bed today... (at the beginning of the summer there was nothing back here under 20' tall)
