Its funny how the desire to nurture and grow plants and then revel in the experience seems to be coded into our genes. Gardenweb shows the urge runs from folks like me on the wide open plains to high rise apartment dwellers downtown cities, and to you, in LA.

Good looking job with those sunflowers... and cat!

What a beautiful cat-my DH loves calico's with a lot of white-yours is perfect. We (foster kids) are planting sunflowers next year-your photos just whit my whisle. Hope you are doing well, and spring will be here soon! CJ

Thanks! She's all white below the eye levels. She didn't like to be held though (LOL, what kind of cat is that?), but i adored her anyway.
