I keep saying I need to plant some Ilex in my yard - and you've made me determined to do just that this coming year. That is just stunning!

Thanks all, I like having something to look forward to look at this time of year in the garden. It's an inspiring view from my living room window. My goal is more year-round gardening. On my list is a Hamamelis x intermedia... or 2....:-D

WOW Paula, fantastic! If I had to choose between my holly with its yellow leaves with the berries, or your snow, I'd definitely pick the snow!! How about a shot of the snow at 'Sunset'!:)

That's great! Deciduous hollies are not common over here. I like having glossy green leaves with berries, but bare stems with loads of berries do make a statement against the snow.

Nice contrasting colors and lovely Ilex.

That's no fair, I'm now really getting the hang of gardening, but Noooww, I must think of getting the hang of year round gardening!!! LOL (WS'ing helps for now)

Nice Inspiration!!!!
