I lived in Sri Lanka for a period and got involved in Ayuveda medicine. I was involved with four herbal preparations, Karapincha (Murraya Koenigii Spreng),
Ranawara (Cassia Auriculata), Beli (Aegle Marmelos),and Iramusu (Hemidesmus Indicus).
