| I am looking for a plant called field eryngo (Eryngo campestre). Seeds, seedlings or just information would be much appreciated. It is described in A Modern Herbal by Mrs. M. Grieve. |

| This is the same as Eryngium campestre. Seeds can be obtained here. Historical uses for such things as "chronic nervousness", kidney complaints, cough and (the candied roots) as an aphrodisiac. |
