Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me which herbs help the most to ease intestinal upset when changing ones diet? And the best way to ingest them. I've begun taking a flaxseed oil supplement, and wow.. I won't go too in depth here, but things are really moving lets say, along with some cramping.
