| I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction? I need some arnica flowers. I would especially love to find some from the Rocky Mountains but I doubt I will find them. I want to make a rub with arnica and comfrey infused oil.
Does anyone have any ideas of a source? |

| I begin collecting Arnica in mid May In nw Mt. Go hiking and bring along a good referance guide, they are easy to find with their bright yellow flowers. Remember to only take a few off each plant. You can also buy them dry from Mountain Rose Herbs. |
