Recipe for Chamomile infused oil?

Hello:

I've done a little searching, here and through google, and I can't find specific instructions on making this.

I make my own calendula-infused olive oil for soapmaking, apparently it's a cold infusion. I could just do the same with the chamomile, but:

1. I grew the chamomile myself, and I'm unsure how dry the flowers need to be.

2. Is a cold infusion appropriate for chamomile?

3. A ballpark amount of flowers-to-oil would be nice to know.
