| Daisy, use the fruit of the horse chestnut. The nut itself. You can make a tincture. Use dried, chopped horse chestnuts. Macerate in 50% grain alcohol and 50% distilled water. Let sit for a few weeks. Dosage depends on a few factors. Start at 5 drops a day and work up to 20 drops per day, if needed. |
