goat's Rue and PCOS

Hi,

I have heard that goat's Rue can help with some aspects of PCOS. I am looking for information as to the safety. dosing, and effects of the goat's rue. It is not that common of an herb and so google searches have only produced results that are of questionable reliability in myt opinion. Any words of wisdom?
