Monthly Cramps - anyone want to try a recipe?

Hey, there.
When I first started working with herbs, I made myself a really nice tea out of stuff I liked the flavor of. Turns out, it completely eradicated my menstrual cramps when drunk daily-ish. I would love to find a few more women with this problem to try the recipe, before I start thinking I can sell the mixture. Any volunteers?

email me at lythir at gmail dot com if you are interested.

Thanks!
-Lucy

I totally got rid of my cramps by elininating sugar from my diet. I stop eating sugar for 3 months and have no cramps the rest of the year.
