| Native Americans used flower tea for lung ailments, malaria. leaf tea for high fever,astrengent,,poultice on snake bites and spider bite. Seeds and leaves said to be diaurtic and expectorant. Knew there was a reason i liked sunflower oil and seeds. Merry Christmas ALL.

| You can wear holes in your teeth with seeds in the hull, hulled seeds are best. They are a good source of manganese, phosphorus, vitamin E and magnesium too. |
