She owns her house and has lived here a few years longer than I have. This was all just naked sand under the trees, except for the shrubs against the house. They were already there. I think she's about ready to get rid of that awful Vinca. We'll see...

I've been working on these shrubs, from left to right. Some have been replaced.

The trunk load of bulbs I found at an abandoned house and brought over here are starting to do their thing. Probably not many flowers until next year, but the clumps of leaves are great to see!
