Question about my Devil's Ivy

Hello
I have a question about my devil's Ivy I think it is ready to put in dirt but I don't understand why the new leaves are getting dry and brown. Can anyone give me an idea what to do.

looks like an overwatering lack of light issue. i would try to watch the watering and place plant in higher light.
