First you'll need a Sphagnum Moss sheet. Moss sheets come in different sizes, so make sure you purchase the correct size.. A little larger is better than too small.

Soaking moss might need be done before potting.

Place moss sheet in your wire basket. Repot as you would in an ordinary container.

Don't bother with loose Sphagnum moss. I've attempted using loose moss three times. What a mess! :)

After your Rabbit Foot Fern is potted, either top water or soak in a sink filled with warm water until medium is saturated.

Thanks so much for the instructions.I went ahead and potted it in soil but will transfer it to the wire basket.
I will keep the fern in the house for most of the time.
